Amy Hockinson

Amy Hockinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently serving as the Director of Lifecycle & Retention and previously holding roles such as Director of Customer Care and Customer Care Manager at UMZU since June 2018, Amy has demonstrated strong leadership in customer relations. Additionally, Amy has contributed to New York University as a part-time Admissions Application Reader since November 2017. Previous experience includes positions at Minibar Delivery as Customer Service Team Lead and at Papa John's as Manager & Driver. Amy also has a background in education, having worked as a Theater Teacher at various high schools from August 2005 to July 2010. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Samford University.
