Jack Shearman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles within the energy sector. As the CEO of UMS Group since October 1989, Jack has demonstrated long-term commitment and expertise in business management. Previous positions include serving as a consultant for PSEG from 2010 to 2012, and as a senior manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1984 to 1989. Jack began their career as a performance engineer at PSE&G - Hudson Station from 1980 to 1982. Jack's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Organization Design from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
