Pamela Isabelle Zuniga Belen, CPA, is a dynamic leader in the tech and consulting sectors, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Umpisa Inc since January 2019, where efforts focus on positioning the Philippines as a global tech hub and upskilling 100,000 individuals in software development and data analytics. As a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum since July 2017, Pamela actively contributes to empowering youth in shaping impactful agendas. Previous achievements include winning first place at the Startup Weekend SF with the pitch for Second Opinion, and holding various leadership roles at Amihan Global Strategies, CB STRIDE Consulting, and OCEAN (Philippines), where initiatives fostered business growth and strategic collaborations. Pamela's career began with the Bank of the Philippine Islands, preceded by a foundational role at SGV & Co. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from De La Salle University, Level 1 CFA certification, and Alibaba Netpreneur Training in Strategy & Ecommerce.
