Elaine Meru serves as the Chief People Officer at Umpisa Inc since March 2024, contributing to the company's mission of establishing the Philippines as a global tech hub through innovative software development. Prior to this role, Elaine accumulated extensive experience in the education sector, notably as School Principal and School Admin for Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC Schools) from January 2015 to September 2023. Additional roles include Training and Development Specialist at Fast Logistics, Head Montessori Teacher at Blue Ribbon Montessori, and Head Teacher in the Montessori Department at Escuela de San Lorenzo Ruiz. Elaine holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management from De La Salle University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Special Education from Southville International School and Colleges.
