Erin Donovan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support and coaching within the sports sector. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Navy ROTC at the University of Michigan since October 2023, Erin previously held the position of Head Coach for University of Michigan Club Sports from August 2009 to October 2023, leading collegiate athletes to multiple National Championship titles. As the Director of the Ann Arbor Figure Skating Club from June 2002 to October 2023, Erin oversaw a staff of over 10 coaches and managed various operational aspects, including budgeting and event planning. Additional experience includes directing the Tri-State Virtual Synchronized Skating Classic in 2021 and consulting for synchronized skating teams in China and Mexico. Erin holds two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from Miami University in Engineering Management and Engineering/Industrial Management.
