Darryl Conway is an experienced professional in the field of sports medicine and athletics, currently serving as the Owner of CONWAY VENTURES, LLC and Co-Owner of Sports Medicine Emergency Management, LLC, both established in 2018 and 2020 respectively. Conway holds the position of Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director and Chief Health & Welfare Officer at the University of Michigan since 2013, following a role as Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine at the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2013. Previous experience includes serving as Head Athletic Trainer at the University of Central Florida and Director of Sports Medicine at the University of Northern Iowa and Morgan State University. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Sport Management from Adelphi University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Studies and Athletic Training from the University of Delaware.
