Yer Vue has extensive experience in the service and healthcare industries, currently serving as a Server Assistant at UMI Sushi since September 2019. From January 2015 to the present, Yer Vue has also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at EGS and as an Associate at the United States Postal Service. Prior experience includes a role as a Server at One Flew South from August 2018 to April 2020. Yer Vue holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis (2008-2010) and is currently pursuing further education at Kaplan University since 2014.
