Timo Paling has a long and successful career in business. Timo has been the CEO/Founder of UMEGO since 2019, an Investor & Advisor for Fintech companies since 2014, and the CEO of Staffer Oü since 2005. Prior to Staffer Oü, Paling was the CEO of NetCom Group from 2001 to 2005. During their tenure at NetCom Group, they were responsible for operating autonomously in all facets of business, analyzing and evaluating company processes, advising the Board of Directors with development of business strategies and financial models, directing operational processes that strengthen workforce knowledge, improving nonperforming employees, and increasing overall efficiency.

Timo Paling attended Audentese ülikool from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Diploma in International Business Administration.
