Ray joined UMC in 2019 fresh out of college as a Project Engineer and has steadily increased his responsibilities, becoming a Project Manager in 2021. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Eastern Washington University and believes the best piece of advice he can give is to keep learning. Ray predominantly works on the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) and Fred Hutch accounts.
