Pat is an engineer and a tinkerer. He loves the challenge of fixing things that are broken—and improving things that are working—but can be better. His job at UMC is to educate, mentor and encourage the amazing operations staff, as well as to provide the tools and remove the roadblocks for the equally amazing field leads.
