Shelley Russell has extensive experience in healthcare program management and project coordination, currently serving as the Meaningful Use Program Manager at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada since March 2015. Prior to this role, Shelley was the Senior Project Coordinator for HealthPartners from 2012 to March 2015, focusing on EMR Care Systems and quality improvement programs related to Meaningful Use and the ARRA/HITECH Act. Additionally, Shelley worked as a Senior Business Analyst at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, where responsibilities included implementation and compliance processes for Meaningful Use and assisting with various reporting tools. Early in the career, Shelley held the position of Clinical Analyst at Hennepin Faculty Associates, specializing in Epic ambulatory certification. Shelley Russell earned a degree from St. Cloud State University between 2007 and 2010.
