Sarissa Markowitz has over 14 years of work experience at UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. Sarissa started as a Call Center Representative in 2006 and worked their way up to become an Assistant Vice President of Account Operations in 2014. In their current role, they oversee three managers and their respective departments, including Account Maintenance and Compliance, Card Services, and Electronic Services. Sarissa is responsible for various tasks such as bill pay, online and mobile banking, fraud prevention, account statements, and core conversion projects. Prior to their current position, Sarissa worked as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Member Service Officer, gaining experience in managing teams, conducting interviews, and providing financial recommendations to members.

Sarissa Markowitz is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
