M. Tuncay İşmar, who has been working as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Production and Technical issues at Uludağ Beverage since 2011, graduated from Uludağ University Electronics and Communications Engineering Department in 1984. Having been a professional basketball player for 15 years in parallel with his education life, İşmar started his career in the beverage industry in 1994 as a Production Engineer at the Coca-Cola Icecek Bursa factory. Between 1996 and 2006, he worked in the same company as the Operations Chief in charge of Production and Technical Maintenance at the pet bottle production and water filling facilities, respectively. Between 2006 and 2011, he continued his career as Production Manager and Factory Operations Manager at Coca-Cola İçecek's Çorlu factory.
