Kathi Million is an experienced sales and operations professional with a robust background in international sales and mechanical contracting. As the International Sales Manager at UltraViolet Devices, Inc. since August 2009, Kathi led the expansion into international markets by cultivating relationships with OEMs, end users, and distributor partners for UV Indoor Air Quality and Surface Disinfection systems. Previously, as the Inside Sales Manager, Kathi developed expertise in HVAC systems, focusing on design and quoting for large-scale projects in critical environments like hospitals and airports. Kathi co-owned Temperatures Unlimited for over a decade, overseeing all operational aspects and driving significant growth from a home-based business to a larger enterprise with 21 employees and a fleet of 19 trucks.
