Sonja Day is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in both operations and customer service, currently serving at UltraTech International, Inc. since June 2013. Sonja oversees new product development, operational improvements, compliance documentation, and customer service processes. Previous roles include staffing manager at SNI Companies, where Sonja significantly increased billable hours, and human resources/data entry manager at eValuation Solutions, focusing on HR functions and data management. Additional experience as an account manager at Alluvion Staffing involved recruiting and sales, while earlier work as program director at the Greater Jacksonville Area USO included managing over 200 volunteers and delivering programs for military families.
