Narayan Dutt Tiwari is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and industrial relations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Employee Relations at UltraTech Cement since February 2023, Narayan has previously held roles such as Specialist in Human Resources at CNH Industrial and Manager of Industrial Relations at Eicher Tractors. Narayan's career includes significant experience in HR policy development, recruitment, training, and statutory compliance at reputable companies including DENSO, Lava International Limited, and TI Cycles of India. Narayan Dutt Tiwari is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Rabindranath Tagore University, and holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, along with a BA in Arts and Humanities from Banaras Hindu University.
