Tim Denning is a Principal at Ultratech Capital Partners since January 2021, focusing on investments in dual-use technology for global issues and national security. Denning serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Lieutenant and has held various roles, including Staff Officer for Commander, Naval Air Forces, Atlantic, and in the Joint Reserve Force at the Defense Logistics Agency. With extensive experience in consulting and business development, Denning previously worked as a Principal Consultant at MPRI Services, LLC, and held leadership positions at DSA, Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc., and Global Defense and National Security Systems. Denning's educational background includes multiple degrees in psychology, political science, corporate finance, and a Doctorate in Public Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, with additional certifications in procurement and project management.
