Theodore Huizenga serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc., with responsibilities encompassing accounting, finance, SEC reporting, and commercial launch readiness since January 2014. Prior to this role, Theodore was the Corporate Controller at Crescendo Bioscience, overseeing various accounting functions from 2013 to January 2014. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Finance for the Investment Group at RDV Corporation, where responsibilities included financial operations and transaction coordination, as well as a role as Corporate Controller managing corporate accounting. Theodore began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Manager, overseeing audit engagements, and worked as an Audit Senior at Clifton Gunderson LLP. Theodore holds a BS in Accounting from Calvin University.
