Jennifer Bowder has a solid work experience in the music industry. Jennifer currently works as the Head of Sync at Ultra Records. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Creative Sync at Ninja Tune from 2019 to 2022. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Senior Director of Creative and Business Development at BMG Production Music UK. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive/Sales and Marketing at Extreme Music from 2012 to 2014. Their career started in 2009 as a Music Coordinator at Visions from the Roof, where they worked until 2012.

Jennifer Bowder attended UC Irvine from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Psychology and Social Behavior. Jennifer later enrolled at Cerritos College from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Pharmacology. It is unclear whether they obtained a degree in either field.
