Jose Torres is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Technology at Ultra Music Festival since November 2017. In this role, Jose oversees a team of developers and collaborates with various technology vendors to enhance the global music event brand's technological experience. Responsibilities include working alongside multiple departments such as Marketing, Accounting, Legal, Event Operations, and Merchandising, as well as Upper Management, to fulfill the organization's technology needs. Prior to this position, Jose served as the Lead Web Developer and Systems Administrator at Surety Corporation of America for a decade, where responsibilities encompassed developing business listing platforms, managing user management and payment processing systems, and overseeing network infrastructure and cloud services.
