Grady Raymer has extensive experience in field sales and operations management. Grady started their career in 1993 at Mosaic Sales Solutions, where they held multiple roles, including National Program Manager and New Business Development Director. Grady later worked at Pareto as a Director of Field Marketing. From 2008 to 2016, they served as the Director of Field Operations at Advantage Solutions. Since 2016, they have been working as the Sr. Director Field Sales at Ultra Mobile.

Grady Raymer completed their high school education at Northern Secondary School in 1989. Grady then went on to Western University, where they earned a B.A. Honours in Political Science and History from 1990 to 1993. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Grady pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Organizational Leadership at Brandman University, Part of the Chapman University System.
