Ehren Highfill's work experience includes serving as a Senior Account Executive at Ultra Consultants since July 2020, where they focus on assisting manufacturing and distribution companies with technology-driven business transformations. They also held the position of Business Development Coordinator at Ultra Consultants from May 2016 to July 2020. Prior to that, Ehren worked as a Senior Disability Claims Case Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from February 2010 to May 2016. They began their career at Riviera Broadcasting in January 2006, where they worked as a KEDJ Programmer until February 2010.

Ehren Highfill attended Arizona State University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations.
