Kaushal Kapadia's work experience includes being the Asia Tax Director at Ultra Clean Technology since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Asia Treasury & Tax Director at Thales from 2019 to 2020. From 2009 to 2019, they worked at Gemalto, where they held various leadership roles including Finance Controller for Asia & Middle East and Tax Director for Asia Pacific & Middle East. Before that, they worked in tax management roles at bp and held a senior manager position at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen & Co. Kaushal began their career as an Articled Clerk at P. K. Kapadia & Co, Chartered Accountants in 1990.

Kaushal Kapadia completed their education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Taxation. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mumbai from 1987 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. In addition, they have recently obtained certification in GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2021.
