Ian Orr has over 25 years of experience in the food-service industry, currently serving as Regional Manager at Ultimate Sales since October 2018. Previously, Ian held the position of Director of Operations & New Business Development at SpartanNash, overseeing the startup of a USDA Fresh Food Manufacturing operation and innovative food service designs. At LSG Sky Chefs Lufthansa, Ian led a team of over 1000 employees, managing operations for domestic and international airlines. Ian also served as General Manager/Director of Special Projects at Gate Gourmet, focusing on staff development and meeting business objectives. Earlier roles include managerial positions at Starbucks and Darden, where Ian excelled in various aspects of service, culinary management, and restaurant openings.
