Michal Bacho is a BI consultant and developer at Ultimate Software B.V. since March 2021, specializing in the MS Power Platform to create interactive, user-friendly BI solutions that integrate with DYN365. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Analyst and Power BI Developer at Sandvik, where Michal developed Power BI solutions for business intelligence, and as a Sales Support Analyst and Power BI Developer at ECCO Shoes, focusing on report and dashboard governance. Earlier, Michal worked at Nike in various analytical roles concentrated on payment fraud trends and customer service. Michal holds a Master’s Degree in Economy and Management with a focus on Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economy and Management specializing in the Economy of Tourism, both from Silesian University in Opava.
