As the Director of Marketing at UJV, your mission is to strengthen our brand and accelerate growth by showcasing what makes UJV unique. You’ll lead the charge in creating and executing strategies that not only tell our story but also resonate with our audience across all channels. Your role will encompass branding, strategic marketing, and creating content that highlights the UJV difference.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, serving as the leader, manager, and accountability partner (LMA) for the department. You will foster a collaborative environment, set clear expectations, and ensure your team has the support and resources needed to excel.
Co-Op Marketing Growth: Elevate UJV’s co-op marketing program to exceed 40% YoY growth metrics by developing and implementing effective strategies that drive growth and strengthen partner relationships.
Enhance Product Marketing Initiatives: Craft product-focused marketing initiatives to support enhanced conversion of sales by driving new client acquisition and growing the lifetime value of existing clients through the delivery of functional marketing tools and resources for internal and external customers
Webinar Promotion: Collaborate regularly with the Reservation, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver live webinars that highlight UJV's product offerings.
Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement systems to communicate UJV’s value proposition across email, social media, and business development outreaches, ensuring our offerings resonate with the target audience.
Brand & Culture Storytelling: Drive the storytelling and branding of UJV’s journey and evolution into the premier-destination-focused B2B travel company with three distinct sub-brands within the UJV umbrella: UJV, UJV Africa, and UJV Europe. Highlight not only our external journey but also the unique culture and talent of the internal UJV team that drives this success
Innovation & Trend Setting: Think critically and push for innovative approaches that keep UJV ahead of industry trends, ensuring we stay current and consistently set ourselves apart.
Additional Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the marketing team and company goals.
