Ross McIntosh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Data Input Assistant at Perth College UHI - Centre for Enterprise. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer at C2 Software Limited, where they focused on providing eBusiness solutions, including web development, Dynamics CRM implementations, and integration with C2's own CMS, Activedition. In 2016, they joined Ultimate Finance as a CRM Developer, responsible for the administration, maintenance, and development of the CRM system. In December 2018, they became the CRM Team Lead, taking on additional responsibilities in strategy, future planning, and integration of internal and external systems.

Ross McIntosh obtained a BSc (Hons) in Computer Software Engineering from Abertay University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Perth Academy from 2002 to 2007. Ross also acquired additional certifications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application from Microsoft in 2016 and Introduction to Artificial Intelligence from Udacity in 2011.
