Hannah Lester has extensive experience in customer service and financial management, currently serving as an Assistant Relationship Manager and Credit Controller at Ultimate Finance since January 2020. Prior to this role, Hannah worked at Santander UK from April 2014 to December 2019, holding positions as a Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Advisor. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Advisor at EE from February 2013 to October 2013. Hannah holds an ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management from Leeds Beckett University (2017-2018) and a Level 3 Btec Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care from Weston College (2011-2013).
