Anil Kumar Jha has been working in the recruitment and IT industries since 2013. Anil Kumar began their career at iEnergizer as a Customer Service Executive in 2013. In 2014, they joined eTeam as a Technical Recruiter. In 2017, they were hired as a Lead Recruiter at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. In 2019, they joined Ulterior Technologies as a Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Lead. In their role as Recruitment Lead, they were responsible for helping IT companies with a wide array of solutions to ensure they could operate in a more productive and profitable manner.
