Tara C. has extensive work experience in various roles related to business development, public works, and project management. Tara most recently worked as a Market Development Manager at Ulteig. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development Manager at QCsolver Inc. and Vice President of Business Development at OHANAâ„¢. Tara also served as the Director of Strategic Operations at IRIS Inc. and the Director of Public Works at the Township of North Glengarry. Tara C. has also worked as a Manager of Public Works at the Town of Orangeville, a Project Manager at Niagara Region and City of Vaughan, and a Public Works Manager at Southwest Middlesex. Tara'searlier experience includes working as a Water Demand Manager at the City of London, Canada.

Tara C. began their education in 1994 at Mohawk College, where they pursued a Diploma in Transportation Engineering Technology. Tara completed their studies at Mohawk College in 1997. In 1999, Tara C. enrolled at McMaster University to pursue a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tara successfully completed their degree in 2003.

After a gap in their education, Tara C. returned to pursue further certification in a different field. In 2008, they enrolled at Georgian College, where they obtained a Certification in Yoga Teaching in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Tara C. has obtained a certification in "Marketing: Customer Segmentation" from LinkedIn in December 2022.
