Electrical Design Engineer at Ulteig

Evan Rogers has a diverse work experience in electrical and electronics engineering. Evan is currently working at Ulteig as an Electrical Design Engineer. Prior to this, they worked at Maldonado-Burkett, LLP where they held multiple roles including Electrical Engineer, Electronics Hardware Engineer, and EIT Electrical Engineer. At Maldonado-Burkett, they were involved in designing electrical power and electronic engineering solutions for devices along the I-35E freeway, as well as creating colored lighting system designs for bridges.

Before joining Maldonado-Burkett, Evan worked at Texas Tech University as a Lead Undergraduate Research Assistant, where they conducted research in hardware technologies for automated air conditioning and intelligent lighting industries. Evan developed a radio frequency mesh network signal system and researched automated air conditioning capabilities. Evan also worked as a Hardware Engineer at Texas Tech University, where they designed and implemented electronic modules for transmitting coded messages and developed a large LED dynamic message board.

Additionally, Evan worked as a Printed Circuit Board Designer at Texas Tech University, where they assembled electronic hardware designs and integrated various components. Evan also worked as a Hardware Engineer, building and testing a light-emitting sensor module for a Mars rover.

Overall, Evan Rogers has a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, with experience in circuit design, hardware development, and research.

Evan Rogers completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas Tech University. Evan attended Texas Tech University from 2012 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Central Texas College from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Multidisciplinary degree in General Studies.

In addition to their degrees, Evan Rogers obtained an Engineer in Training Certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in July 2021.
