Mahmoud Samy has been working as a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer and System Engineer at ULTATEL since 2021. Prior to that, they were a System Engineer at the Egyptian Armed Forces from 2018.

Mahmoud Samy is currently attending Information Technology Institute (ITI) to pursue a Network and System Administration/Administrator degree. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology from Mansoura University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained two certifications - Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) from Red Hat in April 2021, and Fundamentals of Red Hat Enterprise Linux from Coursera in March 2021.
