Jasmin Delva, PMP, is a Supply Chain Industrial Engineer and Training Process Owner at Ulta Beauty since August 2022, responsible for continuous improvement and labor management across multiple departments in the Fresno Regional Distribution Center. As National PEB Talent Development Chairperson for the National Society of Black Engineers, Jasmin manages talent development programming nationwide and has previously served as Region 4 Regional Talent Development Chairperson, focusing on leadership training for NSBE Region VI members. Prior experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Detroit Chassis LLC, where engineering support was provided to address production floor concerns. Jasmin also served as President of Kettering University’s B-Section Chapter and held various engineering roles at Eaton and O'Donnell & Naccarato during academic pursuits. Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University and a High School Diploma in Engineering from George Washington Carver High School of Engineering and Science.
