Dani Van de Sande has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
In 2013, while still in college, Dani founded Kairos Italy, a branch of the non-profit organization Kairos Society, which focuses on empowering young entrepreneurs and innovators globally.
After that, in 2013, Dani worked as a Venture Partner for Startup Booster, a startup development firm based in Budapest, Hungary. Their role involved accelerating Central and Eastern European startups to launch their products outside of the region.
In 2015, Dani joined Vytmn, a fast-growing startup based in Los Angeles, as the Sales Lead for the Growth Marketing Product. Vytmn provides Growth as a Service by automating growth engineering practices and works on lead generation and organic activation through social channels.
That same year, Dani also joined Foundation Capital as part of their Young Entrepreneurs Program. They sourced deals and facilitated relationships between founders and partners, focusing on the Los Angeles startup ecosystem.
In 2016, Dani worked independently as a Consultant in Immersive Marketing, collaborating with clients such as Microsoft, CAA, and Whalerock. They also contributed to Upload, a project involving growth and launch strategy for a soon-to-open facility.
From 2017 to 2019, Dani worked at Snap Inc., first as a Business Strategist, then as a Senior Business Strategist, and later as a Community Lead for Lens Studio. Their responsibilities included launching a self-serve advertising platform and focusing on growth marketing strategies for brands leveraging immersive mobile advertising.
In 2019, Dani founded ULO SPACES, an urban-based company that transforms micro physical spaces into digital canvases for interactive experiences created by artists and brands.
Finally, in 2021, Dani founded ULO (Unidentified Landed Object), an agency and experience studio that activates use cases at the intersection of innovation and culture.
Throughout their career, Dani has gained experience in entrepreneurship, strategy development, marketing, and partnerships, particularly in the field of innovative and immersive technologies.
Dani Van de Sande has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Pomona College. They also studied Psychology and International Relations at Wesleyan University. In 2018, Dani attended Dale Carnegie Training for an Entrepreneurs Leadership Bootcamp.
