Victor Maximo Arredondo has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Victor Maximo began their career at UANL as a Design Engineer in the Fusion Research Group, FIME. In this role, they designed a flexible system for the change of tiles on fusion reactors, served as IT Manager of a SGI ALTIX XE 250 computer using SSH and FTP protocols, and provided IT support and set up new LINUX/WINDOWS based computers, solving network issues and installing new hardware and software solutions. In 2011, they took a job at Alcatel-Lucent as an Administrador de Proyectos, Project Manager on ADSL Technology in the National North Division. There, they tracked progress and logistics on customer facilities and exposed results at sessions with customers. In 2012, they moved to Telmex as an Administrador de Proyectos, Project Management North Division. Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Ulisse Ltd.

Victor Maximo Arredondo has a Master of Science (MSc) in Nuclear Fusion and Engineering Physics from Ghent University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Victor Maximo also has an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011.
