Jarrod Gorman has worked in a variety of roles in the food and beverage industry since 2005. From 2005-2009, they worked as a Marketing Manager for Creative Fitness Marketing, then as a Sales & Marketing Executive for Menfi Ltd from 2011-2013. In 2013, they began working for Le Caselle S.r.l. as an International Business Development, and for L'italiana Aromi in the same role. In 2018, they became the Founder & CBO of Ulisse Ltd, and a Director for Wet Global Ltd in the same year.

Jarrod Gorman attended Xavier College in Melbourne.
