Dan Plas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product management and digital operations, currently serving in Product Management & Executive Operations at Uline since July 2024. Previously, Dan held various senior leadership roles at Kohl's from June 2008 to December 2023, including Senior Vice President overseeing the $5 billion digital and omnichannel business, where responsibilities included transforming customer experience and enhancing profitability. Other notable positions included leading footwear, accessories, jewelry, and gifting operations with significant P&L accountability and driving revenue growth in ecommerce across multiple categories. Dan commenced their career at Macy's Retail Holdings, Inc. as Director of Planning & Allocation for Footwear. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and an Executive Education Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
