Tommy MacDonald

Regional Sales Manager at uLab Systems

Tommy MacDonald has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tommy currently works as a Regional Sales Manager at uLab Systems, Inc., a position they started in July 2021. Prior to this, Tommy worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for a significant portion of their career. Tommy held various roles at the FBI, starting in 1996 as an Investigative Specialist in the National Security Division's Specialized Surveillance Group. While working full-time, Tommy attended law school at night to pursue their goal of becoming an FBI Special Agent. In 2000, they transitioned into the role of FBI Special Agent and served as a Case Agent on the FBI/NYPD Joint Bank Robbery Task Force. Tommy worked on numerous criminal and national security investigations throughout their tenure with the FBI, including leading a multi-agency RICO investigation in Yonkers, NY, resulting in a successful gang dismantlement. Tommy also played a pivotal role in the investigation of James "Whitey" Bulger, serving as one of two FBI Special Agents assigned to the case and leading a shift in investigative strategy. Prior to joining the FBI, Tommy briefly worked as a Sales Representative at Pfizer, where they successfully completed sales training and met quota for multiple pharmaceutical products.

Tommy MacDonald completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire in the years 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued further education in Law and obtained their J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law between 1997 and 2000.
