Sam Levesque is an experienced IT Tech Lead at UL since October 2018, providing technical direction for application development, engineering, integration, and testing within cloud security environments. Prior roles include Diamond Services Engineer and Tier 3 Network Security Analyst at Check Point Software Technologies, where Sam served as a primary contact for premier customers, handled escalated technical issues, and contributed to the support knowledge database. Sam's earlier experience includes a co-op position at Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on network troubleshooting and server management. Sam holds a diploma in Computer Technology from Algonquin College and has received extensive training in network protocols and security technologies.
