Russell Dowse has a strong background in media effectiveness and business development. Russell is currently serving as the Director of Media Effectiveness at UKTV. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Director at Goodstuff Communications from 2018 to 2021. Russell has also held positions at Vizeum, Blue 449, OMD Australia, and Manning Gottlieb OMD, where they took on roles such as Client Solutions Director, Client Director, Digital Account Manager, and Senior Digital Planner. Throughout their career, Russell has successfully managed projects, developed strategic partnerships, and implemented innovative solutions for clients in various industries.
Russell Dowse attended Tonbridge School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained 9 GCSEs and completed 3 A Levels in Geography, Government & Politics, and English. Russell then went on to study at the University of Leeds from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the London School of Marketing, Imperial College, specializing in Marketing Planning and obtaining a Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification.
