Andrew Kemp is an experienced operations leader in the broadcasting and media industry, currently serving as Head of Operations at UKTV since July 2018. Previously, Andrew held the position of Key Account Manager at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, managing the BBC Worldwide contract and overseeing a team to deliver key services. Earlier roles included Head of Managed Service Delivery for BBC Playout at Ericsson Broadcast and Media Services, where Andrew managed the playout service for several BBC channels, and Network Director at the BBC, overseeing both BBC and commercial channels. Andrew's career began as a VT Operator, working on notable BBC shows, including live entertainment and sports.
