Adam Collings has extensive work experience in the media industry. Adam began their career at Comedy Central as a Planning & Research Manager for Paramount Channels from 1999 to 2004. Adam then joined ITV, where they held various roles such as ITV Digital Channels Planning Executive from 2004 to 2006, Head of Planning & Strategy for ITV3 from 2006 to 2008, and Channels Executive for ITV Channels from 2008 to 2011. Afterward, Collings worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as the Director of Channels for the UK from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are working at UKTV, first as the Head of Programming for the W Channel from 2015 to 2017, and currently as the Channel Director for W (previously W & Really).
Adam Collings completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Media & Communications (with Film Production) from Goldsmiths, University of London between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they studied English Literature/Language, Sociology, and Communication and Media Studies at BHASVIC.
