Aleksey Zakusilov is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently with Укртелеком since June 2019, Aleksey is responsible for defining project structures, scopes, and resources while interfacing with stakeholders to manage project status. Previously, Aleksey held roles such as Project Control Manager and Regional Project Manager at Huawei Technologies, where the focus was on technical quality and project performance. Other significant positions include Head of Construction and Network Modernization at ESU Ltd., Regional Implementation Manager at TechnoServ Ukraine LTD, and various project management roles at Nokia Siemens Networks and Keylink Ltd. Aleksey began the professional career as Site Design Project Manager at «Interregional Engineering Group PLUS» Ltd. and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
