Stephen Cole possesses extensive experience in data security, information management, and governance across various sectors. Currently serving as Governor and Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors at Borough Green Primary School, Stephen also leads data protection and finance monitoring efforts. At UKROEd, Stephen manages the strategic development of a national system for NDORS courses, collaborating with senior stakeholders and external providers. Previous roles include trustee positions at Sevenoaks Day Nursery, product management at The Home Office and the National Policing Improvement Agency, and project management with Kent Police. Stephen holds a BSc in Geography, PE & Sports Science from Loughborough University and has a strong background in managing multiple projects using PRINCE2 methodology.
