Vellay Subra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation since May 2011, Vellay previously worked as an Independent SL Consultant at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest for a brief period in early 2011. Prior to that, Vellay held the position of Senior Applications Consultant at Rose Business Solutions from September 2004 to February 2010. Vellay's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Wayne State University (1996-1997) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Washington State University (1993-1995).
