Paula Ricart Sarda began their work experience in 2012 as a Waitress at Floral Cafe Restaurant. In 2013, they worked in the F/B department at Generator Hostels. From 2014 to 2014, they served as a Front Desk Agent at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, where they handled reception tasks, customer complaints, and reservations. In 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Cotton House. Then, from 2017 to 2017, they were a Planificador de eventos at apple tree communications. At Hotel Arts Barcelona, they worked as a Hostess from 2017 to 2018 and as an F&B Sales Executive from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Head Hostess and Events Coordinator at Telefèric Barcelona. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Coordinator at Ukio since 2022.

Paula Ricart Sarda began their education in 2010 when they enrolled at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. PAULA attended CETT_UB for five years, completing their studies in 2015. In 2016, Paula pursued further education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they pursued a Master's degree in dirección y organización de turismo de eventos. PAULA completed their Master's degree in 2017.
