Tyler G. has been working in the software engineering field since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Harbor Community Bank from 2015-2016 and from 2016-2018. During this time, they worked on a 4 person team to provide IT assistance to 45-55 branches throughout Florida, handled troubleshooting calls and user permissions for more than 500 employees, and quickly learned how to manage users on many banking network programs. Before that, Tyler worked as a Lifeguard at Martin County Parks and Recreation: Sailfish Splash Water Park from 2014-2015, where they received Ellis and Associates Lifeguard certification, and maintained constant surveillance of guests in the facility, acting immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.

Tyler G. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida between 2015 and 2020. In August 2020, they also obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
