Teresa Levis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sales programs and human capital management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sales Programs at UKG since February 2022, Teresa leads initiatives aimed at driving sales growth, including the Go To Market Summer Intern Program and Sales Academy for entry-level hires. Previously, as Vice President at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software, Teresa successfully grew a high-performing team that achieved significant sales growth. Teresa's career also includes owning Unity Consulting Inc., where consulting projects encompassed presales development and product direction for notable clients. Earlier roles include Solutions Consultant and Curriculum Developer at PeopleSoft, and Director of Corporate Training with the BC Provincial Government. Teresa holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Camosun College.
