Kia-lee Bussey, MS, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Professional Services Consulting at UKG since August 2020, following a role as Manager in the same department. As the Principal and Founder of Bussey Consulting Group, established in August 2019, Kia-lee focuses on developing human resources functions for start-ups and small businesses. Simultaneously, Kia-lee has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Florida International University since December 2018, teaching undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Leadership. Kia-lee's previous experience includes positions at Ultimate Software, where roles spanned from Manager of Consulting to Account Manager, and as Human Resources Director at CHAUVET, guiding HR strategy for a multinational firm.
