Curtis Gifford has over 18 years of experience in project management and information technology, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at UKG since March 2016, overseeing web development, collaboration tools, and enterprise architecture. Previously, at Constant Contact, Curtis directed cross-functional teams to enhance the Help Center and collaborated on the implementation of a virtual assistant, while also managing customer service knowledge portals.
